THE WARM GLOW OF CANDLE LIGHT


On a cold autumn day like today, when the rooms are dark because the sky is covered with clouds,
I like to enjoy the warm glow of candle light.  It makes me feel all warm and cozy...









  


I hope you're warm and cozy wherever you may be today, too.

Today is Veterans Day here in the U.S.  Words can't express how grateful I am for all of the veterans
who have sacrificed so much for our country.

I hope you all enjoy the long weekend.

  4. I love the candlelight! It makes everything so cozy. Is that boxwood in your basket? We have it everywhere at the lake and I meant to bring some home to decorate with for the holidays! It's so sturdy and pretty!

  13. This is to say you, yes, I also love candle lights, which make a such cozy athmospere in the house. November is grey and foggy, with candle light your feeling happy and warm! Beautiful post - thanks for sharing....

    Candles burning or a single candle burning can really change the feel of a room. I always try to have one burning at night. I love the scented ones! Yum...

  24. The days are quite nice, but the evenings are cold. I love candlelight too and burn right many candles in the fall and winter. I love their glow.

    Can you believe I haven't lit one candle yet this Fall? I love them and the glow though. We just installed a new fireplace (woodstove) with a window. Our old one had a solid door and I told Dale 'what's the use of having a fire if we can't see it?' So now we see it and I love the glow it casts in the room.
